50 posts or 45 days i believe is the prerequisite for avi's and messaging features. This is to prevent new members from trolling, spamming..ect.

you can google 'body fat calculator' see if that helps

thanks. googled it and did a semi accurate calculation that gave me a 15% body fat ratio. still don't think it's that high but have something to work with now.
