Looking to get down to 215
Mourning before the gym I have 1 ½ scoops whey and apple
Post workout:1 ½ whey
Meal 1-5 egg whites 2 whole eggs small can mackerel 1 cup oats
Meal 2-8oz tilapia or chicken breast,sweet potato,and Broccoli
Meal 3-1 cup greek yogurt and handful of almonds
Meal 4-2 scoops whey with large apple
Meal 5-same as 2
Total:Cals=2032/Protein=242/Carbs=150/Fats=62
My TDEE is about 4500-5130.What can I do to make better?
