i was wondering if you guys could give me a touchup on a diet my one i was on i started to lose the plot on it (i posted a diet a few months back for the people wondering).
Basically 2505 cals is my maintenance and im trying to bulk, was on a 2800 cal diet before and well got from 60-75kg in 8 months, im naturally lean and a lean gainer (ecto/endo) never been over 13-14%, got a high matabolisim, dont do cardio aha but yeah my main question is;
What would an example diet for a day look like? I got bulk chicken breast every week on hand so itd be good if a few meals be based around that.
