fitday.com is good but page runs slow. there is also a good free app called my fitness pal let you keep a good daily food diary and has a huge food data base

Haha it is the best ap ever invented, it is so vital for anyone serious about their diet IMO, very easy to use and adjust to your needs..<3 it
However be very very carefull, not all the entry's are correct you really have to double check alot of stuff, even when using the barcode scanner I have noticed some of the foods are way off, so always check the foods, it relies heavily on people imputing the right information, so if you have the packaging next to you cross reference with that, with things like meat ect, have a look at half a dozen of the choices eventually you'll get an idea going by the average as which one to choose, some are way off, once you have found accurate ones they will be stored as favourites for the next time you use them, it gets easy once you have been doing it a while just don't assume anything do some cross referencing.

Only annoying thing as far as I'm aware you have to go on their website to adjust your macro ratio, but you can adjust your cals on the ap itself, that and as I mentioned earlier all the morons ruining the database by putting in bad inputs. But as I said you quickly learn to weed that crap out. Enjoy.

Just wanted to say thanks for the app. Used it for today's diet which was the first day of my new bulking diet showed I hit 3547 calls which is a lot more than I'm used to eating![]()
Was really surprised at how little I usually eat, but how much I thought I did. By this evenings meal after gym I felt as if I was going to explode.
Can see this apps going to really help me so thanks a lot![]()
