This is my first post, hopefully I'm In the right section.
I'm 19, been lifting + dieting seriously for just over 2 years now.
184cm & 73kgs very low bf % (unsure of exact)
I'm not thinking about starting just yet due to my age, but I'd like to start a solid knowledge foundation before I start roughly in a year or so. No plans to compete, but would like to bulk up further.
I've been doing some reading and have thought about sus 350 eod with deca (unsure of mg) once a week? Ive read good things regarding deca's ability to help bones/ joints and its tendancy to lower testosterone. hence the need for something test based. Then using nolvadex to help balance out my natural levels post course & stop gyno.
Any constructive criticism appreciated, we all started somewhere.
