    Preparation for my test cycle

    Stats
    23 years old
    Height 6ft1'
    Weight 180lbs
    Bodyfat 10%

    Current diet-----------------------protein/carbs/fats

    3 weatabix-----------------------------------45
    40grams of whey protein--------40
    15ml of oil--------------------------------------------15

    150g of chicken--------------------37---------------7
    125g of rice-------------------------40
    20g of nuts-----------------------------------------10

    150g of chicken--------------------37---------------7
    125g of rice----------------------------------40

    Tin of tuna--------------------------33
    Bannana-------------------------------------30

    Bannana-------------------------------------30

    WORKOUT

    40g of wheyprotein with carbs--40----40

    150g of chicken--------------------- 37------------7
    200g of potatoes--------------------------40
    Mixture of veg

    protein shake------------------------40----25-----10
    Tin of fruit
    15ml of oil--------------------------------------------15

    Total micro------------------------264---290----71

    How can i change this diet so it will allow me to put on more size

    Also can you tell me how i would need to alter the amounts if i went on a cycle of test e

    You want to add size as in muscle? Need more protein I think but I am always cutting.
