    First timer.... :D

    Hey guys, have already done one cycle of test e and nolva, and found great results.

    Just wondering, should I keep going or work harder on other stuff???? My details are as follows


    24 years old, training for 3 yrs.
    106kg = 233.7 pound
    16.9 bf percent

    Diet consists of

    8am
    4 eggs, 150 grams chicken

    10.30am
    200grams chicken/fillet steak
    100grams broccoli

    1pm
    150grams chicken, protein shake 60grams protein, 1/2 cup white rice

    4pm
    Celltech drink x 2 scoops

    4.30pm
    Pre workout, max scoops, and 1 scoop protein shake 30grams protein

    5 pm workout
    Mon-fri

    6-6.20
    Protein shake 60grams protein

    7pm
    Stirfry, no sauce, normally carrots, broccoli, chicken, beans, tomatoes

    9.30pm
    Casein protein shake, 50grams protein

    Diet is pretty staple mon-fri, twice a week a cheat myself a extra chicken kebab/souvlaki for lunch.

    Sat very similar, Sunday cheat day, eg subway, sushi, pizza

    Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated, don't want to be lean as fu#*, just wanting to get bf down around 10-12 percent and get bigger lolololololol

    What type if results did you have?
    How long was your cycle?
    Was the nolvadex your pct?
    How long have you been off cycle?
    Are you looking fir cycle advice or diet?

    How much test E did you cycle each week?
    What is your total calories, TDEE, macro split?

    Diet is horrible...Even if you are cutting...

    Way way way too many shakes.....You need to consume more whole foods. You are so low on carbs it looks almost like atkins diet....

    If you are going to go this low on carbs you need to have more fats is there to make up for some of the loss...This is making me hurt just looking at this diet. How do you even walk around and move? You must feel so weak with no carbs or fats in your diet....

    It can be MUCH better...Like I said even if you are trying to cut...You should add in more whole foods. Also, these super low carb diets are not good for the long run. I do believe it has it's place such as before competition etc...But personally I believe It's better to monitor your carb intake and eat them at the right times...

    You could easily go up to 150 grams carbs a day to still drop significantly...

    Give us your stats - Age, Weight, Bodyfat %?

    Cycle was 10weeks 500mcgl test e, 4 weeks pct nolvadex.

    I have been off cycle for about 27 days, but wanting to start another cycle, and just wondering if I was on the right track or?
    I want cycle advice, that's why I am asking the people that know so I don't **** shit up

    Above answered, and as or the total call, tdee, and macros I am unsure sorry, need to obviously do more research and then will understand better??

    My stats are up the top, 24yrs old, 234 pounds, 16.9% bf.

    So how would you suggest I change my diet then? I thought it was pretty good to be honest....and yeah I do get tired, around 10pm so I go to sleep for 8-9hrs and wake up feeling great.

    Time on cycle = time off cycle..Take some time to let your body recover.

    Yes. Don't get carried away with the gear just yet. Nutrition will make more of a diff if you do the work

    What is your goal? Looks like you're trying to cut to me....

    Either way, You really got to throw those shakes out...Waste of money...

    10.30am

    1pm
    150grams chicken, protein shake 60grams protein, 1/2 cup white ricePlenty of protein, that shake is a waste. Try 1 cup of whole grain rice.

    4pm
    Celltech drink x 2 scoopsAnother meal here. Protein and carbs.

    4.30pm
    Pre workout, max scoops, and 1 scoop protein shake 30grams proteinNot needed if ^^^^ that is solid.

    5 pm workout
    Mon-fri

    6-6.20
    Protein shake 60grams protein

    7pm
    Stirfry, no sauce, normally carrots, broccoli, chicken, beans, tomatoesFew complex carbs here, but don't overdue it.

    9.30pm
    Casein protein shake, 50grams proteinI prefer cottage cheese, tablespoon pb. But i guess that would be ok.

    Sat very similar, Sunday cheat day, eg subway, sushi, pizza And a whole cheat DAY is a little excessive. A cheat MEAL would be better imo.
