    Newbie from oz

I just wanted to say hi to everyone and hope to chat to most of you at some point.
I've kinda going through a lifestyle change which started 2 months ago for the better health.
    I weigh a pissy 65 kg n n only 5'7.
Two months ago I weighed 51 kg so there has been some improvement, all from home as I'm still not confident to just rock it at the gym.
I'm not on any gear as yet. Harder to get than heroin apparently lol. Jokes

Also wanted to say thank you for many useful threads on here and writers of them. Especially newbie cycles threads

Speak to some of you soon

    Welcome to the Board!

Just want to suggest that steroids is the last thing you should consider at this point. The most important goal you should have is eating properly. Its extremely important to eat and build a solid mucsle base before you consider adding AAS to your diet. Otherwise most, if not all, of your gains will disappear faster than crackheads bank account. And speaking of bank accounts, your hard earned money will be out the window too.

Hit up the Nutritional Forum for some tips and ideas on how to develop a proper diet and put on some weight!

Hi guys and thanks. Micky thanks heaps for your reply and yeah I'm not considering it for atleast a year after obviously having my diet down and training in absolute order but It is something I know I am mostly likely do to as bulking up is my goal .

And could anyone tell me or link me on if trans fat is in our food, does it stop you absorbing good fat or/ and is just bad for you? Apologies if it doesn't make sense.

    Thanks
