    Raw food diets

    Hi guys,

Anyone had any experiences with a raw food diet, even it's part raw, like 50% of meals cooked and the other 50% eaten raw...

Quite a long list of supposed benefits with raw meat and veg.

I've been eating raw (red) meat for over a year now, never once had food poisoning, but I get grass fed beef and dairy, which is safer than the supermarket equivalents.

I do notice I feel much more alert and less drained after a big raw meal. When I cook the same meal it leaves me feeling more sleepy.
