Hi All, newbie here. Just browsing the site at the moment to understand more about steroids, training, food in-take, routines etc.

Was 11 stone 3 lbs 2 years ago and hit gym to try and increase weight. Took some dbol a year ago which boosted me to 12 1/2 stone and then the last 10 weeks I've run a 100mg deca with 60 dbol a day course. Now a very pleasing 13.4 stone so would like to gather more info to increase mass muscle to 14-15 stone.

29 years of age and train 4 times a week for 1 hour each time. Play football twice a week also. I don't want to become the strongest man on earth and my body frame is of atheltic build but am carrying some fat around my belly.

My aim is to see my 6 pack before im 30 next year whilst increasing strength and size all over, and also to increase my knowledge on steroids and how they can help me. As they say, the more you know the better you become.
