Plan on 2nd test only cut cycle soon. Just wanted to get input on what month do you guys usually run your cut? Last time I ran it in April and it was good until i had pct during the summer. Not fun. Was thinking jan or feb. what says you? Thanks.

I cut all the time...never works but I'm always cutting lol
A suppose in the winter like you said so you would be ready for the summer. Thats something i'v never done cut cycle i like to bulk lol.
Honestly I am fed up with the whole cut/bulk routine anyhow. I think slow, lean bulking is much safer and more effective!
Agreed. This has been my stance for a few years now. It is much better to make lean gains eating very clean in a caloric surplus that isn't too excessive. This way any minimal fat gain can be easily removed in a short period of time afterwards. The whole concept of doing these all-out massive bulk-ups and then having to shred off 20 lbs of fat a few months later is horribly stupid, ineffective, and not very healthy either.
I agree with that dropping 20lbs su-ks!
