    aas advice

    Alot you helped me as my first cycle was not going right by false info on how to use. I am coming to you giys since your very good on this stuff. Well im a 120lbs and ripped. I have a workout chart writen by a personal trainer. My diets right, i wanna bulk up as i work my ass off and just a
    120lbs not getting bigger just ripped and i lift heavy weights. Now what would you recommened as a future cycle for me i plan on startin.g in 6 months. Sorry if i have missed spelled words as im on my phone.

    And hit the nutrition section on hard gainer and learn how to eat. It will be much much better help than aas.

    At 120lbs.....I guess that would be pushing it.....unless she's 5'10-6', then still skinny.

    My HAW is 5'4 @ 112lbs. She wants to get down to 105lbs max.

    Ill post my daily food diet once my girls off our labtop. For some reason i feel like alot of you got something to say about my weight or size its not my fault i was always smaller than everybody else sorry.

    Look don't take it personal. Everyone thinks the eat a lot until it gets layed out. Man I was 145lbs in college. 215 lbs has been my heaviest.

    Sorry hit send by accident. I didn't know how to eat. It's a damn full time job eating everyday. 6 meals a day takes planning.

    List what you ate yesterday and your Tdee. We will get you on track. Aas now you will lose your gains because you don't know how to eat which will help maintain the gains.

    Your 22 and 120 lbs. I am almost certain your diet needs work. Not bashing you but at your age with the proper diet you can grow like a weed!! head over to the diet forum and get your diet sorted out and take the next 2 to 3 years to learn as much as you can about aas so you can make an informed decision when the time may be right.

    8am egg white sandwhich and protien shake ( mass up) 1protien bar 12pm a shit load of pasta im italian lol. 4pm another protien bar 7pm dinner protien shake and grilled cheese with bread and broccoli cheddar soup that was yesterdays eating mind you i work 7 days a week 8am to 5

    You are not eating enough. I eat more than that in my first 2 meals and i barley weigh over 140lbs. The guys in the diet forum can be a big help bro!!

    I don't know what your Tdee is you haven't told me but that's not near enough. Drop the shakes for real food. For ex. 1 st meal. 10 egg whites 1 cup of oats and 1 cup of Greek yogurt blended into a shake.

    2 nd meal. 10 oz chicken breast 2 c brown rice unlimited broccoli

    Then 4-5 more meals like these. Based on you and your goals.

    What is a shit load of pasta. 1 c. 2 c. ?

    Protein bar is worthless. You need real food.

    We all work. I spend several hours every Sunday cooking and packing my meals for the week. Carry everything with me. I usually force feed myself at some point during the day. And I still don't eat enough for my goals.

    Go to the nutrition section. Lay out your stats and your goals. They will put weight on you.

    You have to learn to eat.

    You will need to be eating 6-7 quality food meals per day. You need complex carbs from sweet potatos and rice and a good protein source such as chicken. You also need to be eating good fibrous greens with your meals and incorporate some good fats as well. Most do not realize how much work we have to put in to our nutrition! otherwise the work in the gym is almost a wast.

    In 11 hours you had a sandwich and some pasta, basically. Those bars are garbage, unless you make your own. The shake is ok, but dont rely on them.

    I agree with Cape. You need to learn how to eat.

    If you don't eat, you won't gain. My home made shake I have in the morning before breakfast is 800 calories.

    If you eat like a bird, you'll be the same size as one. Lol no ones trying to make you feel uncomfortable but the most common problem we see in people who fail to gain any mass is their nutrition.

    Those shakes and bars are not nutrition. They are advertising hype that don't produce results.

    They guys here will show you what real eating is.

    I been working out on and off for 25 years and I always relied on shakes to add to my calorie count and always made good progress with them, why do ppl hate on them. I know you should not rely on them totally but it's hard to eat enough calories to grow if you trying to get 4000-6000 cals. I think some ppl just rely on the wrong shakes. I remember back in the day drinking 3 of weiders weight gainer shakes I think they was 8-900 cals without the milk. Idk they always work good for me.
