    Bulking ?

    I just started bulking week 2. 6'3 228 right now
    I started off 216 lean as **** how much weight do you think I should aim for realistically natty. I think I can get to 235easy I wasn't eating any carbs b4 now I'm only eating like 200-250. protein is prob around 300. I'm thinking about adding some creatine in a couple weeks

    What kind of time frame are you looking at to reach 235?

    How much weight can you add or how much muscle? If you're not concerned about adding bodyfat you can add weight at will.
