i have been eating all organic ingredients, taking one a day vitamins, liver support(milk thistle), Acai+ superfruit vitamins daily. workouts are always including abs, and some kind of cardio as well( swimming or running). I eat healthy bread or waffles in the morning, sometimes sausage eggs, bread or bacon, etc.. a banana too, i snack on fruit like apples, raspberries, organic banana chips, tortilla chips, or organic 100% wheat thins(these snacks are in between main meals) for lunch i will do usually a pasta with some kind of meat, meat sauce, sauce, or veggies, or a sandwich (something loaded with carbs, as i use this energy to go to the gym, I go to school m-f so i have been hitting the gym between 4-8 in the day. after my workouts i have been loading up on good beef and chicken, meals along with spinach, or green beans, or asparagus, or both. again snacking on berries and fruit after. ON days off from the gym, i am planning on finishing out the night with fish, and something lighter as to keep myself not from bloating.
I have 2 10ml bottles of test e 250
1 bottle of test 400 blend 10 ml
2 bottles of hcg 250 (to mix with sterile water)
1 bottle of Armidex to run with the test injections which i do twice a week 1 ml each
1 bottle of Letro just on hand,
and I will be getting Clomid and Nolva to PCT and i will be running my cycle for 12 weeks.
