    quick question!

    This only happens when I pin my right delt but when I do. I slowly inject hold the needle there for a bit and slowly pull out. But the past few times some of the gear has leaked out... what does that mean.

    Oh good. I was just wondering since im right handed and pinning my right delt is with my left hand I thought I might of been angleing it wrong or something. And also how do you guys aspirate in your delts witg using only one hand? I tend not to aspirate...

    ALWAYS, ALWAYS aspirate. Just bury the pin...grab the plunger between your thumb and forefinger hold the pin in place by placing forward pressure on the back flat part with your middle finger. Don't have to pull hard on the plunger...the slightest pull let you know if your in a vessel

    Use Z-Track as well and it should help keep the oil in!!
