I've got my next cycle sorted and starting early next year because I'm currently bringing my body fat down to 10%. My next cycle is to put on some good mass whilst keeping BF to a minimum.
STATS:
Experience: 2x Test only cycles and serious training for 5 years
Age: 31
Weight: 95kg
Height: 178cm
Body Fat: 15%
My last test only cycle ate some serious food and did some hardcore training started at 88kg 12% and finished at 98kg and 17%.
NEXT CYCLE - 12Weeks
Week 1-12: 400mg Cypionate
Week 1-10: 200mg Deca
Week 1-6: 30mg Dbol ED
QUESTION: I have 50mL of winny should I include this into the mix?
PCT - After Last Injection
10 Days - HCG: 350IU/ED
Week 1 - Nolvadex: 40mg ed
Week 2 - Nolvadex: 40mg ed
Week 3 - Nolvadex: 20mg ed
Week 4 - Nolvadex: 20mg ed
QUESTION: Should I be using clomi/arimidex/letrozole
I'm going to head across to diet after this and ask a few questions so I can get the diet sorted.
I've been training for a while and happy with the results I've been getting but is there another science behind training when on a cycle?
