    Increasing strength?

Just wondering if anyone here has a solid system to increase strength which has worked really well for them? It seems I have been stuck at my current weights for some time just curious if anyone has had a similar issue and they were able to bust through the plateau one way or another?

right on man thanks. I am currently starting with a 6 by 4 at the beginning of the workout for the heaviest compound movement. Maybe I should switch back to the 5*5 to start

also do you think it is still possible to gain size while following the 5 by 5 or just strength?

Yes, of course it is possible to gain size, but that will depend a lot on your diet. Eat lots of clean food and lots of protein. If your progress stalls on 5x5, adjust your caloric intake to help you push past the plateau.
