Red face Hello from Alberta CA

Hello and happy holiday season to all.
Like many here this is a stepping stone for me and I am at the research stage of my journey.
Let me give you some back ground about myself and why I am here.
I am a 32yo male. I currently am 185lbs and 15%BF. I stand 6'2. I'm a tall lean ectomorph that is a hard gainer because of my athletic background. I was a triathlete, swimmer and runner.
I am here because of an injury I had last year at where I ruptured two lumbar disks. And fractured a few bones. I was paralyzed from the waist down but sure to surgery I rehad I am almost back to full. I am 90% recovered and may never be fully recovered.
I now instruct fitness class part time (spin/RPM, yoga/hot yoga, BodyFlow/BodyBalance).
This has helped me greatly with my recovery. But my core still remains weak.
I want to gain muscle, strength, confidence and better well being.
This is my first day on this site so any and all advice from others is greatly appreciated.
I am over whelmed by the vast amount of information and my lack of understanding and experience.
I looking and researching a good first cycle
So far I have nova(test), sus, DBol

    Cheers mates
