    Two Concerns

My thumb, pointer and index finer on my right hand are slightly numb, for about 2-3 days now. My left hand is fine though? I was thinking it's from squeezing the bar so hard but then why wouldn't my left hand be affected as well?

Second, I'm on 500mg test and .25mg adex eod. I have weird red spotting around my armpits and a little further down on the inside of my right arm. Anyone know what this could be? It doesn't itch or anything.

    1. Use your left hand for a few days.

    2. Allergic reaction? How far into your cycle are you?

Hahaha dude I totally didn't think of that!! Since getting on T I have been jerking it a lot more. Well problem solved.

Into the 6th week. The spotting showed maybe a week ago. If it were an allergic reaction, wouldn't it have showed shortly after beginning test? It would be more plossible that it's from the adex because I started that a couple weeks after the test.

So you think it'll go away after getting off test?

Are you talking about acne under your armpits? If so I get the same thing think its just a side effect from the extra test it seems to calm down after pct then go completely

I also get bad pins and needles in my hands on cycle still don't know what it is, was contemplating carpel tunnel syndrome but again it does ease off after pct so not sure.

If they showed up a wk ago that would be concurrent with the androgens as James has suggested. If it were an allergic reaction they would have showed up earlier.

Im not suggesting it IS androgens that's causing the redness, but it certainly is possibility.

Well the numbness in my fingers is from jerking off too much. It's not acne, they're red scaly spots.

Yea, probably the androgens. Will it go away after cycle? What would be your guess.

Keep an eye on it and monitor. Not a huge concern at this point. And yes i would imagine it would disappear at the end of your cycle.

    Is this your first cycle?

Well I don't think I was choking the chicken THAT hard for my fingers to go numb, but I don't have a better explanation.

Your numbness in your fingers can be caused by compression of a nerve(bulging disk) in the cervical 6 or 7 vertabrae. If you have been doing heavy deadlifts or squats with a high bar placement this can cause that sensation. Take atleast 800mg of ibuprofen 2 times a day for 3 days to get inflammation out and stay away of heavy lifting and let it heal.

Compression of a nerve sounds like something I'd feel, wouldn't I?
And also, I've always wondered, does ibuprofen mess with gains?

A nerve compression such as acute brachial plexus neuritis is experienced as radiating pain and numbness.

No, ibuprofen at doses below 3G will not affect gains.

You wouldnt feel it per se in your neck. Think of impingement then. The disk has shifted or swollen causing the nerve to be impinged or slightly pinched. Its not getting normal electrical flow so thats where the numbness(your bodies way of saying something is wrong) comes into play. Ibuprofen taken long term has been reported to hamper gains, but this will be short term. If you dont get the cause fixed you risk permanent damage.
