iPT-141 Research

Hi All,

After doing extensive reading on this and a couple other forums I have begun researching with iPT-141, and decided to keep a research log for those interested in the peptide.

Research Subject:
Healthy male in late 20's with no health or libido issues. 6'4", 225 lbs, approx. 9% bf. Never used aas.

First Trial:
1 mg subcutaneous injection around noon. After 20 minutes there was a slight flushing of the skin that subsided within 30 minutes. Did not experience any side effects. Did not experience any libido enhancement over the following 24 hours during sex.

Second Trial (one week later):
1.3 mg subcutaneous injection around noon. Same skin flushing occurred. Approximately 6 hours after the injection consistent unprovoked erections occurred for 1-2 hours. Apart from the 1-2 described there was no libido enhancement over the following 24 hours during sex. Again, no side effects were experienced.

For the third trial 1.5-2.0 mg's will be used.

***Note***
Sterile water was used to mix with the iPT-141 and there is a slight sting after the injection. I have read that this does not happen when bacteriostatic water is used.

No, not at all.

I inject slooowly and leave the needle in for about 15-20 secs. Then remove slooowly - same as AAS.

i have tried .5 mg, 1 mg and 2 mg doses with no effect. i had given up and figured i was just non-responsive.

maybe i should give 3 mgs a try and see if that does anything...

well, i did try a 3mg dose of pt-141 yesterday. other than an "involuntary erection" (i was sitting at my desk at work looking at stock charts!) about 3 hrs after injection, not much happened.

not everyone will respond to PT141 as you would think. There are a variety of things you can experiment with besides a PDE5i and PT141, including prami and caber.

BTW, you CAN stack PT141 and a PDE5i, since each works along a different pathway.

So I am reading mixed things here. I want to give it to my gf. I am a sexual deviant and she can be a little reserve. I am curious to see if this will have any effect on her.

yes. for about 30-45 minutes. also experienced slight nausea, as i have also on previous trials.

yes. i did "stack" the pt-141 with a PDE5i - tadalafil. actually, i take a 10 mg dose every day.

Sorry for the delayed post. I had a hell of a year-end at work. I had my third trial about 2 weeks ago.

Third Trial:
2.25 mgs subcutaneous injection around 8 am. Minor skin flushing occurred. Did not experience any increased libido during sex over the next 24 hours. Again, no side effects were experienced.

My last trial will be 3 mgs. It appears rollingthunder and I may be two of the few that have no response to it.

I use another research company and I use Cialas 5 mg 2 x's a day ! and 2 mg of PT-141 made the poor female cry I mean I am 53 and the Cialis and PT-141 turned my Libido into a machine just 4 straight hours with breaks to change workout position ! Really dangerous to females IMO ?
