    Sick on cycle

    Morning Lads,

    I've currently been hit with the flu and am mid way through a cycle. (Test Enth / Prop )

    I'm umming and aahing about what I should do in relation to training.

    Take 4 days off and rest to hopefully get better or suck it up and train til I get over it.

    Curious to see your opinions on the matter and what you'd recommend; or if any of you have been in this situation before.

    When you are really sick you need to let your body rest.Pushing on will not help you need rest.

    Take time off, especially if your appetite is gone. Listen to your body.
