Morning Lads,
I've currently been hit with the flu and am mid way through a cycle. (Test Enth / Prop )
I'm umming and aahing about what I should do in relation to training.
Take 4 days off and rest to hopefully get better or suck it up and train til I get over it.
Curious to see your opinions on the matter and what you'd recommend; or if any of you have been in this situation before.
