Yeah the guy was over the edge obsessed with of all people Justin Beiber! I mean the Beebs? And why would he want the kids balls? There was a 2500 reward for each one that was cut out and brought to him. It seems popularity will get you killed and neutered these days...

This is the guy that, Is in jail for rape/murder of a 16yo girl. Convinced some dropkick and his nephew to murder 4 people, the first two with neckties, as used in his murder of the teenage girl, these two murders were entirely unrelated to Beibs, and then cut Beibs and his bodyguards Knackers off.

Dropkick and said nephew took a wrong turn, accidentally crossed into Canada, got stopped at the border due to Warrants, and the murder plots written down on paper..

Wow, pruning shears?

I'm writing to my Congressmen, I'm proposing a piece of legislation H.R.-2119

A Bill To:

1.) Provide a mandatory waiting period of 30 days before one is able to purchase pruning sheers.

1a.) To provide a 'cooling off' period in case someone has nefarious intentions with said pruning sheers.

2.) Provide mandatory background checks for citizens who wish to purchase pruning sheers, and all other sharp instruments from the hardware department .

3.) Purchasers of pruning sheers and other sharpened hardware instruments to be processed through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).

4.) For each pruning sheer/sharpened/blunt objects from Hardware to be registered with that State's respective State Police agency.



I believe that this piece of legislation will certainly lead to the reduction in conspiracies and violent acts related to pruning sheers.
