idk what happened to me yesterday but i just could not stop eating all day i couldn't get full to save my life does this ever happen to anyone else!? my diet is on point i like to float around 3000 calories a day and i use myfitness pal app on my phone but yesterday i had to be pushing 4000-4500 i guess the body knows what it wants but my real question is should i give it to it or should i just try and fight the urge to pound down cottage cheese and steaks![]()
