First time poster please forgive anything i dont say properly. I am 38 male 194 pounds exercise 5 times a week along with boxing and grappleing 3 times a week. My workouts are crossfit-esque. I currently have 7% body fat. 14 weeks ago i started useing test. I injected 250 mg once a week for 9 weeks. What i hoped to gain waz quicker recovery from hard workouts as well as some strength. Also i felt run down all the time after turning 38. This plan was given to me by a friend who suggested a low dosage since i wasnt trying to get bigger. I had what i considered success. I felt better cut about 3% in body fat and got a little stronger. I took a month off and took the estrogen blockers my friend reccomended. This week i was about to do the cycle again but was told by another guy at my gym that it was pointless. He told me my dosage was way to low to gain anytbing and that i wojldnt be able to replicate the results again. He sugvested i double the dosage and the frequency to twice a week. Understanding my goals. Ould anyone clarify this for me?
