The guys in the nutrition forum can help with the diet. That will have the biggest impact as diet will help even more than exercise.
Weight lifting and cardio will help...especially cardio.
I would stay away from steroids until you are in better shape and have put some mass on. Otherwise you will deal with additional sides like higher risk of high blood pressure.
At this point you might want to even stay away from the things that we use for cutting fat like Clen. This process will take a while and it would be better to use things like that later in the game.
Hit up the nutrition section and get help figuring out how many calories you should be eating. Then you will figure out your macros (protein, carbs and fat). Then you will come up with a diet. Then the pounds fall off like magic. Not really, but having that knowledge will make it MUCH easier.
