i read in a previous post that you shouldnt shake gear vigorously to mix it,i think TNT said it but not sure.

is it because it will cause to many bubbles?

You can put your gear in a maraka and shake till you're blue in the face - not gonna effect it - I doubt TNT said that though - TNT if you did you're being called out - you gots some splainin to do!

The technique of hand warming and gentle mixing is actually something I learned from the insulin days (my mother was diabetic). I'm happy to defer to Mike's expertise on this issue.

Maybe it's just a psychological thing with me - kind of like "be nice to your 'roids and they'll be nice to you."

As for the maracas, that actually might be appropriate . . . for Mexican drugs.
