I have read a lot about Acai berry juice and it's very strong antioxidants. The kind I buy is organic, but of course still has sugar in it. Would that be a good thing to drink post workout since it's a simple sugar?

I used to drink pineapple juice PWO but I switched to dextrose instead. Acai berry juice is a good option, it would be a bit expensive though.
Yeah, but it's antioxidant benefits are excellent and while I could use a supplement, it's proven that actual food does better than the supplement version.
