Yes it would be a good idea to be using test.
What are you using for a PCT?
Liver support? Although anava is mild using 2 orals can be hard on the liver. Get some milk thysle and Liv52

You want to do 3 orals? Thats is suicide.
1-12 500mg of test e
1-4 30mg Dbol or NAPOSIM /day
1-12 adex 0.25mg eod
1- untill 4 days before start PCT use HCG twice a week.

Oh so 3 orals? Not a good idea. I'm thinking someone is afraid of needles so how are they going to work test into the mix?

Hope your liver is healthy. Orals are general hepatotoxic (liver toxic).
