    New to site

Ok so I spent 3 years getting myself into good shape and due to injury quit lifting and fell into poor eating habits and as of 5 days ago I'm going back at it!! I've done some research and wondering if a cycle of test would help me get jump started and help keep focused? Anyone have any opinions ?

Welcome to the Board... without knowing anything about you we can't really give an opinion. Repost in the Q&A section along with your stats/goals/experience and I'm sure you'll get some advice.

Please start your own thread if you have your own question that does not have anything to do with the original post, you will get a better response. No thread jacking sir

If you are just comming off an injury and have not been in the gym for a while, then it is not a good idea to jump right into a cycle, you can get yourself hurt again. Give us some more information for a better response.
    - Nature of the injury
    - how long were you out of the gym
    - Stats, age, weight, hight, bodyfat, training/cycle exp (if any)
    - Had you reached your genetic potantial prior to your injury
    - Anything else that you think may be relevant
