Hey everyone..
Been training with a personal trainer for about a year now. Have lost about 25 pounds of blubber and am feeling great. It's gotten to a point where now that I am lean and cut I am looking for an enhancer. I have never stacked or cycled before. Help on where to start? I'd like to gain muscle mass as well as explosiveness if possible. (I play ball) looking for anything to give me that extra kick in the ass to finally dunk a ball. My vert has increased 3 inches already... Need to be there faster..
