ok so I'm 34 6'1" 255 and I'm looking to lose 30 pounds quick I plan on working out very hard wondering how many calories I should consume I have a diet plan which includes tuna,chic and plan on eating 6 times a day so any advise would be great! By the way I was 30 pounds lighter a year ago but injury kept me out of the gym and a poor eating habit put me 30 in the hole
