Hey guys
I'm new to this all and I'm not a body builder by any stretch of the imagination but have a very athletic build. I turned 49 last June and my height is 5' 9" 175 Lbs. I lost over 30 lbs since February from changing my diet and working out every morning, in addition I started injecting Enanthate about 6 months ago to boost my energy level and get lean. I work out 5- 6 days (2 days with a trainer lots of cross fit and 2 days of bootcamp stuff and the rest cardio). I can't do a lot of heavy lifting because of a shoulder injury so my intent is not to get big but I want to stay fit and get ripped. I plan on staying on Enanthate on my weekly schedule of injection of 1ml and add some Clen. Any suggestions how and when to add this and any other advice would greatly appreciated.
In addition, I have to admit that I got started through a friend of a friend at the gym so my doctor doesn't know about my my test. I got tested for low T and was in the "low average" and my Dr. didn't think it was necessary to go on a prescription T but I wanted to get some of the benefits that i was seeing from my buddy... so I got started without his knowledge. I had my blood work done in August and my PSA was 1.9 however when I went to back in October to get my cholesterol checked through my Dr. (which was fine) my PSA escalated to 3.4... still in a good range but my Dr wants me to come back in January to have a physical and rectum exam. I'm a little nervous about my PSA jumping up so quickly. Should I come clean about my black market test? Would it make a difference if I did?
I inject 1ml once a week in my thigh. I was told my numbers are right in line even though my test is slightly high
My Test serum is 1229 and my free Test is 39.3
