5% is extremely lean. I'd be surprised if you are thy lean and ran one cycle previously. Below is a picture of bf at various stages
Your total cals are pretty good. Still might be in the low side especially if your macros are not proportioned correctly.
If you are planning another cycle, you need everything on hand, not as you go.
Instead of asking how much to take, can you propose a cycle you'd like to run?
What are the doses of dbol? I'd suggest another cycle of test-E or test-C instead of Sustanon. It's trickier to dose and the PIP is more than you may be ready for. You need to list concentrations etc.
If you've done a prior cycle, you should be proposing something with doses/concentrations listed.

If you are over 5' 5" then your diet is NOT solid and you need to learn how to eat.
I was also around 165 at your age. 5' 7" and I THOUGHT I had a good diet. If I knew then what I know now or had a forum/resource like this place OMG.... I should have been around 185 being lean.
BTW 5% is a LOW contest day body fat % 10% is considered lean and having a GREAT diet. You can be skinny and still be 15% depending on how much solid muscle you have or dont have.
