New to site. looking for solid first cycle information. thanks

Hi I'm 33 years old and Im a personal trainer. Long story short I've
Always said I wouldn't ever juice but the time has come that I realize I'm just not going to look the
Way I want without help. I've been doing a ton of research and am a little overwhelmed with information
    Now.

I'm 6,1 170 lbs very lean and cut build. I want to get a solid 15 to 20 lbs
Larger and maintain low bf level if possible. I am very disciplined with my diet and routines and can stick to
Anything, I would like some sound advice on what and how to cycle properly as well as post cycle.
I have plenty of friends who juice but none are very intelligent when it comes to the mechanics and science behind it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time. Rich.

Hi mate and welcome. You've come to the right place as there are plenty of experienced and intelligent people on this forum. I'm new myself but have learnt a lot by going through other people's threads.

    Welcome

Start w/diet of course. You have to learn how to eat correctly or it's all for not. Once you have that down, research testosterone only cycles. that would be the best course of action.
