    Do you guys take CLA?

    Do you guys take CLA? And if so at what times of the day do you take it?

    I avoid it. Its a trans fat in a conjugated linkage. Unless you are obese it will have an adverse impact on lipid values and increase insulin resistance.

    7-Keto DHEA is better and very thermogenic...

    I've supplemented w/ CLA in the past and I wasn't impressed...OP, save your money.

    Ur diet has to be super clean to really see any benefits.

    Dairy (whole-fat dairy contains more CLA than low-fat) and various Meat (cows, lamb, buffalo, goat, deer and kangaroo) are naturally rich in CLA.

    Studies show that dairy and meat from grass-fed cows have up to four times more CLA compared to grain-fed cows.

    Thus, one doesn't really need to buy CLA as a supplement IMO.

    I have used it in the past. It was expesnive to use then and I didnt notice much effect
    so I ceased use.

    I've used it and I did see weight loss/rippedness if u will in the midsection....but at the same time I was also cutting so it coulda been my diet

    now that I think about it that was the only variable so I would have to say it did work for me

    I asked the guy at the counter at the local supp store about it a while back, and he said it's great, but slow acting so you need to take it for a long time before you see results. This rings alarm bells to me. Sounds like crap. i went to the butchers and bought some chicken breast instead.
