My new recipe to eat clean, but full-flavoured chicken breast.

Cooking oil (I use either grape seed or coconut)
4 Boneless/Skinless chicken breasts cut into stir-fry sized strips
Nuckle of Ginger
Garlic (I use a lot, but recommend at least 2 cloves)
Low Sodium Soya Sauce
1 tsp Vietnamese Chilli Garlic sauce.
a drop or two of sesame oil


Heat cooking oil in large pan or wok
Add chicken
Grate garlic and ginger over chicken and stir in
When chicken is near cooked, add soy and chilli sauce to taste.
when chicken is cooked, right before removing from heat, add a drop or two of sesame oil (a little goes a LONG way)

Split up equally into your tupperware, with your carb of choice (I'm digging Quinoa with it) and veggies. Poor the juices over veggies to add flavour.
