Hi guys afters some advice looking to do my first cycle so i came here for some help on things

23 years old
5'7-8
77kgs
15% bf
Main goal is to increase strength and lean muscle without putting on excess water/fat.
(i know this may happen trying to avoid as much as possible with strict dieting and taking in around 5-6 liters of water a day)
the cycle i am looking at doing and some feed back would be great is
Wk 1-10 Testosterone Cypionate = 200mg twice/wk e3.5d
Wk 1-10 Arimidex .25mg eod
Wk 1-10 Deca Durabolin = 400mg twice/wk e3.5d
PCT wk 12-16
nolva 40mg ed/
clomid 50mg ed
intake wise ill be aiming for
250gm protien
100 grams carbs from more natural sources sweet potatos etc
120 -140 grams of fats, omega 3-6-9s etc
5 meals before work out, 3 after. i work out at 8-9pm at night!
sleep minimum of 6-7 hours a night weekends more!
any diet info would be great! looking to start around the first week of feb, would like some prep time to get everything near perfect!
do i need to modify any of the above to keep things safer? also if someone could pm me a legit source to get clomid into australia only thing i cant seem to find a decent source( if this is against the rules my bad!)
