Glute vs. Delt Injection

Just want to know if anyone would be able to give me a little insight as to which injection point is "best." If anyone has tried both and can share maybe some of the pros and cons of each that would be great.

I mean is one better than the other really?

it doesn't matter its just better to switch between multiple injection areas.

What ever suits you, some have issues reaching their glutes... Either or really, I've injected both many times and do not have a favourite they are both fine, one thing with glutes is you can inject more into the area, that is the only issue I have had with delt injections..

You need to rotate injection areas every 12-14 days to reduce build up of scar tissue. This generally means you would be using 4-6 areas to rotate injections.

Delts are easier for me to reach but glutes you can practically be blindfolded and still hit a good injection.

Glutes for for me are practically painless. Always get a good injection. Quads would be my second fav and then delts.

glutes i do but maybe im paranoid about the sciatic nerve. delts are the easiest IMO. quads are hit or miss for me. they either are painless or hurt like hell and i have to pull the needle out prematurely and re-inject in a difft spot. NOT FUN..

Rotate, there are plenty of spots so share the wealth between them!!

Glutes are a bit awkward but gives me the less pip and like said above...they really are hard to screw up and can take many ml's. Delts have always been great to me though and prefer it just because of how easy it is to hit. Usually only hit delts on short ester cycles though since I'd rather just keep on thighs/glutes for long esters and use higher mls per injections to only do shots twice per week.

I like bth spots well for injection. Glutes are easiest for most as starters.

Delts are my least favorite. Id rather inject anywhere else except maybe calves

Delta for the win. Gf for the glutes! Pain in the ass trying to stretch n twist. I really dont mind doin chest at all either

I like it all but calves
