    Supplements

    Ok so I'm wondering about ar-r the place who advertises supplements on this site wondering any suggestions on good products the offer I'm looking for something to help me get back into shape I'm working out heavy and also have my diet in check just looking for a boost I will take all I can get so please give me a few ideas for good supplements to help

    well it depends on what you're looking to accomplish i guess. I see you want to 'get back into shape'. What specific purpose would you like your supplements to attack? Are you looking for a preworkout boost? Post workout recovery?

    Plz post your diet, never hurts to dbl check! and stats, need stats! kthxbai
