My "New Year" first cycle will look like this.

Test=sustanon 250 for 10 weeks
Week 1-10 250mg every Monday and Thursday

A.I.=Arimadex .5eod till i start my pct

HCG=250iu to 500iu starting my 3rd week, 3-4 days before PCT

PCT=Novla Week 1 and 2 40mg ed
Week 3 and 4 20mg ed

Looking for any feed back/tweeks on my cycle. Espiesally the A.I. if that should be the correct dosage. Thx

AI should start at 0.25 EOD. You also will need clomid for PCT.

AI at .25 ok. I was under the impression that its either Nolva or Clomid for pct?

Nolva and Clomid for PCT. Sus250 has some short esters but it's mostly long ester. It wouldn't hurt to run it for 12 weeks.

I thought Sus was better off being shot EOD due to the short esters and keeping blood levels stable.

^^^it is due to the short esters. But lots of people have different opinions about it.

6 feet tall. If running arimadex and hcg and only 500mg a week for 10 weeks will the nolva be fine alone. I did read the begginers cycle. It does have a lot of good info. But obviously if you guys think its nessary to run clomid pct I'll look into it. What would my pct look like then?

Yes it is better to run both nova and clomid.You should read the pct sticky all this will be explained.

Sorry mickeyknox. When I was posting all of this I never had my gear yet. I was trying to get as much info as i could but i should have waited till i got everything. I appreciate all posts from members and I'm just trying to learn as much as I can before my first pin.

Kicking up my old post. Ive been researching, and reading and this is what its going to look like.
Ive done away sus 250 and opt for Test e for my first cycle. I did read the steroid Beginners Cycle and mine is close to it.

Week 1-10 Test E 250mg Mon & Thurs.
Week 1-10 Arimadex 0.25 eod ..adjust accourdingly
Week 3-12.5 Hcg 250iu twice/wk day before test injection

PCT Begins wk 13 to wk 17
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

How does it look?
