I'll be having knee surgery in january and i wont be able to lit for a few weeks. I have some clen and keto on hand for a cut planned in april.
I was thinking about using the clen for a few weeks while I'm not lifting to try and preserve some muscle and maybe trim some fat. My diet will be in check as well.
But i'm trying to figure out if it would be better just to stay off it until i can come back strong after surgery and do my cut in april as planned.
