He used it basically just right before ot at the Olympics without knowing what he was doing. He did alright until the mile run..ran like a bloated cow......the doctors at the time diagnosed "dehydration" and did him no favor by giving him IV hydration which made him even more bloated...guy went from a contender to dog meat in less than a week.
Know what you want with creatine.
Learn from it
Use it for what it may be...increased cell volume may tighten things up and allow strength gains, but volumes can be said in athletics about being able to move, be loose, and agile. And light. And be able to breath.
