    Whats everyones take on ACTUAL VITAMINS on cycle.....does it help?

    SO -- I ask this because i just want to see what people think --- but -- what is everyones take on things like Magnesium, Calcium, FIsh oils, etc.... I have noticed I took alot more before starting AAS --- so would you say its as important to take this stuff while on cycle? Or is a waste of money?

    Not a waste of money at all. If you supplement properly you will benefit. I take tons. Make sure you take your fish oils with vitamin E to protect the fatty acids, otherwise they're a waste.

    Vitamins? Yup, i take them DG. Everything from Magnesium to Vit C,D,E, Zinc, Stinging Nettle Root, 3-6-9, Hawthorn Berry, and some i cant remember at the moment..

    Wow - I thought I had heard of it all ....Nettle ROot? Gotta google that.... I am just starting to get back on fish oils, kudzu root, Magnesium, Calcium and vitamin b12 ...every once in while ill do some Bilburry, rasberry ketones, and CLA......but Ill be honest i dont think ive ever felt a differnce on or off -

    I always take a multi and tons of fish oil. I use animal paks personally.

    Fish oil, calcium, iso D3, multi, B's
    Had a full body comp was losing bone mass in the hip joint, age related got right on the calcium.
