Mexici for first cycle? Help pls!

I live in the San Diego area so was thinking of heading down to Mexico to buy some Test.
This would be my first and i read Test alone should be a good start

My question is should I buy in Mexico (dont have any connections here) and if so which Test should I buy? (Specifics)

Just be careful for obvious reasons. I have heard there are more fakes down there now than legit
