I would suggest you take this time to concentrate on legs and abs.
There are a few machine in the gym like a properly constructed "plate loaded pullover machine" where all of the force should be excerted by the elbows. Just make sure you are not involuntarily contracting your forearms. However if you have been doing them properly in the past you should already be in the habit of making sure your foreams are relaxed and palms are simply resting on the handle, if so this should not be a problem.
