    New member (critique)

    Hey guys

    Looking for a rough bf estimate till i can go and measure, just to help with getting diet sorted.

    any other critique or input welcome

    I know there isn't one of legs but haven't taken one yet. will do so soon

    12-13% imo it's a good look and percentage without having to make sacrifices 100% of the time.

    i went to the local ymca to get my bf% tested. they did a 7 point skin test and didn't charge me anything. and i'm not a member!

    Thanx Man, a good diet, some cardio and strict diet plus i also cycled some clen and the results came.
