8 seems about right. Now EAT train hard and pack on some mass !!!
Your lean as fvck, good work
Damn your lean. Good job. What is your diet like?
I know I'm really lean!! Everyone tells me to pack on mass but I want that perfect aesthetic look! Anyways ill lay out my diet below..
I carb cycle for a lean bulk. 300-400g on leg and back days. 200-225 other workout days. Off day is 175g.
1. 2 cup egg whites, 1 cup oats, .5 cup frozen berries.
2. 1 cup egg white, 1 cup oats into pancake (pre workout)
3. PWO-1.5 scoop 100% whey Iso, banana or apple cinnamon rice cakes,6oz sweet potato, all mixed into a sludge bowl.(amazing btw)
4. 6oz cooked chicken, 2 cups white or brown rice, asparagus.
5. ^ same carbs change depending on what day. Usually 10oz sweet potato.
6. 6oz tuna, or chicken/97-3 meat, veggies, avocado.
7. 1 scoop casein protein, 2tbsp natty PB.
Diets always changing I follow iifym for my postworkout usually. I have done 0 cardio in 8 months, and I stay lean due to my diet. I usually have a poptart or a few bowls of cereal postworkout. Lol I just write down everything I eat in my phone app and I make sure to hit my macros and micros.
Btw 3 years ago I was 280lbs.. No lie
Once again brother, fantastic work. Must feel good now that the weights off
Btw to save money on the casein power you may wanna try cottage cheese. If its not in your macros then you can't help it but since your bulking it may help, for me I can only afford the whey powder to lol so cottage cheese is my go to before bed snack.
Just wondering if the pic was taken pre-workout, post-workout, in the morning, or after a meal?
Post leg workout 400g carbs after a poptart lol
You're lower than 8%. I manage a human performance research lab at a very large university. We have several methods of assessing body composition. Bod pod is ok but a little high due to Siri equation estimations and assumptions as well as inaccuracy in measuring thoracic has volume. Underwater hydrostatic weighing is and has been the gold standard. If you can find a tank and someone educated in the proper procedures I would highly suggest using it. I've tested hundreds of people (from obese to internationally elite), you are less than 8% for sure.
