Need Advice - Just finished first cycle and don't want to lose...

I just finished my first cycle four days ago.
I was on 300mg test e weekly (administered twice per week), so I'll be starting my 4-week PCT in another week.
I'd like to do whatever i can to prevent losing the muscle mass and motivation gains I got from the test.

What do i need to be doing to prevent going into a canabolic state?
I can use diet suggestions, as well as any suggested suppliments and/or vitamins.

I'm greatful for whatever personal experience you can throw at me.
I know I need to eat a balanced healthy diet.
If you mention diet, please be specific of what i need to be making sure to include other than a normal balanced diet.

The test e gave me an added motivation and enthusiasm to workout harder.
It also decreased the soreness i felt post workout.
Any ideas of what I can do to address these issues while off cycle?

    Thanks for the advice.

    macros

    the protein/carb/cal/fat of food

post your diet, i'll get you started and shpw you how to finish calculating it, this is so important you would not imagine, but think of it this way, how can muscles grow if you dont feed them, then how can you maintain new muscle and new weight of 200lbs if you eat the same as a like you did before as a 150lbs man, see what i mean?

post your daily diet and we will go through it together

    Good advice DanB!
OP you should head over to the nutrition section and let dan sort your diet out. For me after I finish a cycle I INCREASE calories about 200+ it helps me keep lbm during pct. for motivation purpose keep in mind what you are trying to achieve whilst on cycle. For bulking I watch the training videos of the pros, jay cutler, jim Cordova etc it gives me that kick up the ass to get to the gym.
Hope this helps a bit keep us updated.

    Dan,

I started March of 2012 at 240lbs, with no muscle mass to speak of.
I am 41 years old, and want to look better and feel better.
I have no desire to compete.
It had been 2 decades since i saw the inside of a gym.
I strictly followed the Atkins low carb diet for the first 6 months.
I dropped to 191lbs, but the weight loss slowed to a crawl.
I feel much better with the 50lbs of fat off my body.
A couple of months ago, I started cardio and strength training.
I quickly got into it, and started a cycle of 300mg of test e per week.
I absolutely loved the youthful feeling and motivation the test e gave me.
I currently do between 90 minutes and 2 hours of strength training 5 days per week, along with an additional 20 minutes of cardio (stair climber) 4 times per week.
I allow myself carbs now, such as rice and on occasion potatoes.
I pretty much stay away from fast food, ice cream and junk food.
I just finished my first cycle on test e a week or so ago.
I gained some muscle mass, and lost fat.
I like the way I am heading.
    I'm currently 210lbs.
My stomach is still 6 inches larger than my waist, but the upper body mass has balanced my look.
I desire and am working towards acquiring no belly fat or love handles.
I'd love to see reasonable abs in the next few months.
Based on my body, I think i need to keep my muscle mass, and drop my body fat till i weigh near 185lbs.
I can use any coaching and advice you can offer.

My current diet looks like this...

    typical day

    BREAKFAST
    2 bean and cheese burritos

LUNCH – ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
    • teriyaki bowl – 1-cup white rice, with 4oz chicken breast and 4oz cut steak (red meat)
    • 2 chicken breasts (broiled), with ¼ cup green beans and ¼ cup mixed vegetables
    • ½ cold processed meat sandwich from “Subway” style deli
    • 12oz Carne Asada, no sides (meat only) (red meat beef)

DINNER – ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
    • 1-1/2 cup cooked white rice, with 15oz low sodium black beans
    • 1-1/2 cup cooked white rice, with 15oz low sodium pinto beans
    • 1-1/2 cup cooked white rice, with 12oz filet mignon
    • 1-1/2 cup cooked white rice, with 2 grilled chicken breasts
    • Baked stuffed chicken breast (cheese & sausage) with ¼ cup Spanish rice & 1/4cup black beans
    • 10oz steak dinner (red meat) with ½ cup garlic mashed potatoes and a caesar salad

    INBETWEEN MEALS SNACKS
    • 8oz low carb Atkins shake with 140 cals, 3 net carbs, and 10 grams of fiber (2 per day)
    • Varius low carb Atkins brand snacks, usually less than 4 carbs and 150 calories (1 per day)

    DRINKS
limited to 0 carb, 0 calorie diet soda or water.
My last vise is that i drink of a lot of diet soda.
