    fist time cycle help tren/test

    Hey so like the title says this the forst time im going to try any serious shit.

    -stats im 26 5' 10 155lbs 8%bf

    I have been weight training for a couple years now and have hit a plateau. I would like to do a tren based cycle with a small amount of test as i am already starting to bald. my diet is pretty awsome as that is what i do for work. I would like a little info on how much to take for a 150lber as there is very litle info on sterild use for smaller people. And a little putting together a good pct to keep my gains and not have that much of a drop off. I relly dont like needles so much. So if there is a form that does require that many injections. That would be ideal for me thanks.

    Keep in mind: (1) nutrition more than anything else will determine your success and weight gains. Most people only eat 1/2-1/3 of what is required to gain LEAN body mass; (2) nothing happens fast. It takes time to grow lean muscle. Steroids are NOT a magic solution so don't expect them to be.

    tren e pin twice a week need to run test with it you can mix in same syringe therefore only doing two pins a week I would run caber during cycle start at a low dose of tren to see how you handle the sides the more test you do the more the sides intensify so I do around half the test as tren as far as dosage depends on previous cycles to IMO start low 300 mgs or less and see how that works and listen to your body noy your ego.Good luck

    Listen to MI. If your 5'10 and 155 then your nutrition and /or training is not as on target as you may think. Like MI said, you may think your eating enough but I guarantee your are not. I would suggest hitting the nutrition forum and reading the bulking sticky to get some ideas on how to really eat. You can post your food intake there and the guru's will critique it for you and offer suggestions.

    I'd seriously hold off on a cycle at this time. I think you have plenty of room to grow if you really nail your nutrition and training. Spend some time reading the stickies here as well as in the other forums and begin to self-educate some more. It will really help you. And when it comes to tren for a first cycle, it's a horrible idea. If and when the time comes to cycle your first should be test by itself.

    Thanks great info. I will continue traing for 6 more months and do my best to increase my calorie intake. i have had success with my gains. I have just hit a wall for the last 6 months. I wrestled in high school at 112lbs and then in colledge at 125 and 133 lbs. Since then i have put on about 20lbs of lean musel on in about 3 years. I studied nutrion in school. So i know what im eating is on point its just harder for some people to put on the weight. I will regroup in about 6 mounths to make my decision. Thanks again for all the advice.
