Question Newbie here! Need some supplement help please

Hi, I'm new to the site and hoping to get some advice that will get me out of a plateau. Below are some details, any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I just signed up and got the coupon for a free supplement, need to know which one would help me best.

    Female
    33 yrs old
    Height 5'4"
    130 lbs

I've lost about 30lbs over the past 9 months buy following a 1000-1300 calorie diet and a Ton of cardio. I'm now trying to lose an additional 5-10lbs and tone.

I'm currently at 1360 calories and workout 3-4 days/wk doing a mix of cardio and light weights.

    thanks!

Can you post your current diet or macros with those calories in it?

The last few lbs is the toughest... should be feasible though

    PS welcome to the site

unless you sub 15% bf we can still make great progress just by your food easily

Roughly a typical day for me +/- 100cals.

    Cals: 1383
    Fat: 45g
    Carbs: 162g
    Protein: 89g

Wondering if the Var10 would be beneficial? Yes I know its not the "real" stuff, but wondering if it still might help or if I'm better off getting a good supplement from someplace like GNC?

    Thanks a ton!

No it won't help. You could consider just clen.. but before you do read below

I would suggest changing your macros, carbs are to high protein is too low , fat a lil off

I would bet changing this you could get your 5lbs in a 4 weeks . Also pull the over all cals down another 150 or so. As you loose weight your maintainance calories change.. if you stop loosing weight its bacause your getting close to your tdee. If you need more help let us kno

Never buy from GNC, there's to many places online that sell for a fraction of the cost.
    I use buildingbrawn.com
I believe they have a section targeted specifically for women as well.
May want to check it out

Hi M. Congrats on the weight lost so far, so you know the importance of diet! Cardio is awesome for cutting, but to tone, you need to lift more and lift heavy. Don't worry, you won't get big muscles like the guys, cuz we don't have the testosterone/male hormones to make us big. There is a thread that BaseLine started for us gals in the welcome female section. Check out the video links found in here!

I am thinking you can benefit more NOW from changing your workouts to more lifting and dialing in your diet cuz your carbs are WAYYYYY to high and your protein is too low. Personally, i would wait on the VAR. Do you have any idea of your bf%? Cuz that will help us alot and here's a link that might help give us an estimate: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...-Men-amp-Women

I will help if we know your bf%! Then we can start dialing in a plan for you!

Exactly!!.... probably 90% of the problem... which is what i was trying to explain above(post #12), total cals maybe a few too high as well........maybe just a dabble to high( dunno if dabble is a word but it sounds cool)

listen to GGR!! she knows what shes talking about!!!
